Expense Snap is designed with your privacy as a priority. Your data stays on your device — we do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information.
This privacy policy explains how Expense Snap ("the App"), published by XIX Professional Services ("we", "us", "our"), handles your information. We believe in transparency and want you to feel confident using our app.
In short: none. Expense Snap does not collect any personal data. All information you enter into the app — including expense records, notes, receipt images, and your preferences — is stored exclusively on your device.

Expense Snap may request the following permissions, only when you choose to use the related feature:

| Camera | To photograph receipts and attach them to expense entries. Photos are saved on your device only. |
| Photo Library | To select existing photos from your library as receipt images. Selected images are copied to the app's local storage. |
You can deny or revoke these permissions at any time through your device's Settings. The app remains fully functional without them — receipt attachment is optional.
Expense Snap does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, analytics tools, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies. The app is built entirely with Apple's native frameworks.
All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's built-in storage systems (SwiftData and UserDefaults). Your data is protected by your device's own security features, including encryption and passcode/biometric protection.
You are in full control of your data. You can delete individual expense records within the app, clear all data through the app's settings, or uninstall the app to remove all associated data from your device. Since we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our end.
Expense Snap does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The app does not collect personal information from any user.
If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
